Of the three components of ministry, (mission, funding, & people) we find people to be the most challenging.
We specialize in people.
We work in fighting for the highest good of those we work with and then coaching them to do the same in their circles of influence. We do this by personal on-site (or virtual) individual and group coaching backed by a digital platform that can be used 24/7. Our content is biblically based and used in 117 countries. It is used by some of the largest companies on the planet and individuals.
Our passion is to bring this content to the local church and parachurch organizations who typically do not have access to this level of information due to cost. We are a donation funded organization and therefore can offer our services free or at reduced costs. Some organizations/people cannot afford to donate the “retail rate” while others can donate more to offset the cost of those unable to do so.
